SEO Genie is an AI-powered SaaS platform that generates SEO-optimized long-form content from keyword inputs. It combines keyword research, competitor analysis, AI-driven article generation, scoring, analytics, and automated publishing into a single, streamlined workflow.
Problem
Manual SEO content creation was slow, inconsistent, and difficult to scale. Existing tools couldn't meet modern SEO quality standards and lacked the automation needed to produce high-volume, high-quality content consistently.

- Owned the frontend delivery for onboarding, keyword research, article generation, and analytics — built entirely in React + TypeScript
- Led implementation of multi-step AI workflows with real-time progress tracking and graceful error recovery
- Integrated SEO scoring, plagiarism reports, and configurable generation options into the content pipeline
- Implemented subscription management with tiered plans and upgrade flows using Stripe
- Supported automated publishing pipelines through AWS EventBridge integrations
- Handled authentication across AWS Cognito and Google OAuth
- Collaborated closely with backend, AI, and product teams to deliver end-to-end features
Technical Complexity
The platform required managing asynchronous AI-driven workflows, handling subscription edge cases across multiple tiers, rendering large dynamic forms and tables, and integrating several third-party APIs including OpenAI and Semrush. The combination of real-time state changes, background processing, and payment logic demanded careful architecture decisions.
Impact
Following the launch, article creation time was reduced dramatically — what previously took hours could be completed in minutes. SEO scores and indexing speeds improved significantly across content generated through the platform.
